The company, which is headquartered in Canada and operates across North America, has acquired International Freight Systems (of Washington) LLC, a privately held U.S. Customs Broker and Freight Forwarder that ships goods all over the world, both into and out of the U.S and domestically.
International Freight Systems (of Washington) LLC was founded by Shelley Moine and Russ Stewart in 1995. After about six years, Joseph Moine replaced Stewart, who sadly lost his battle with cancer. International Freight Systems (of Washington) LLC has been in business for over 26 years, providing customized solutions to their long standing clients.
