Nation-wide Rogers Outage
The current Rogers nation-wide network outage is affecting Farrow’s Kitchener/Waterloo Regional Centre. To the best of our knowledge, all other Farrow operations centres across Canada are still fully operational.
Farrow is deploying staff from the Kitchener/Wa terloo Regional Centre to remote work where possible and all centres have been deployed to support K/W managed shipments.
Cell and text service is unavailable for most Farrow Canada employees.
Clients are encouraged to continue to send PARS requests to PARS@farrow.com
Inquiries that are normally directed to the Kitchener/Waterloo phone number may be temporarily redirected to 519-966-0056.
Farrow is committed to maintaining our usual high level of service during this outage.
Additional updates will be provided as information is received from Rogers.
